Toll Integrated Systems seeks a Vice President of Manufacturing for our manufacturing plant in Morrisville, Pennsylvania.

The Vice President is responsible for overseeing all operations of Toll Integrated Systems (TIS), which include 5 component manufacturing facilities, customer service, logistics, engineering, purchasing, and quality assurance. Our ideal candidate must be able to lead a team to drive cross-functional collaboration and continuous process improvement. The VP of Manufacturing is overall responsible for the safety, timely, and quality of products delivered to our customers that will meet/exceed their expectations and continue improving our competitive position and cost savings operation.

]Qualifications:

  • Budgeting and cost accounting knowledge
  • A proven ability to interpret and analyze financial results
  • Experience with start-ups and expansions
  • Familiarity with group incentives and pay-for-skill systems
  • Experience working with both Union and non-Union environments
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to be a problem solver while keeping the “big picture” in mind
  • Proven leadership skills that inspire and influence others in a manner that enriches the company culture

Position Requirements:
  • 15+ years of manufacturing experience within multiple departments
  • Ability to run a $100-200+ million-dollar business
  • A degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred
  • Multi-plant experience
  • Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
  • Familiarity with CAD/CAM and wood component manufacturing is a plus
  • The ability to travel 20%
