Front of House Service Team Member (Front Counter/Drive Thru/Dining)*

Back of House Service Team Member (Kitchen/Food Prep)*

  • Focus on producing quality, CRAVE-able, food products in a timely manner

Host/Hostess Service (Dining Room)*

Management (Assistant Shift/Shift/Managers)*

Financial/Office Administrator


Organizational Imperatives
(factors that differentiate this position from all others)

The Financial/Office Administrator is responsible for:

1). Operational Administration

  • Overseeing all Back Office and Cash Reporting Systems (including but not limited too)

a) Change Fund Daily Audit/Weekly Ordering

b) Cashier Keystroke Report

c) Cashier Accountability Log (monies & coupons)

d) Daily Paid In/Out Accountability

e) Daily Report Management

f) Customer Reporting (Collected & TBC Accounts)

g) Restaurant Borrow/Lend Log

h) Weekly & Month-End Inventory Extension Report

i) Month End Coupon Compliance

j) Month End Package

  • Training Leaders on Back Office Systems, Reporting, & Cash Fundamentals
  • Managing all aspects of Smart Safe: Accounts, Reports, etc.
  • Communicating with Chick-fil-A Inc. Accounting & Treasury Departments
  • Maintaining & organizing Restaurant Email
  • Distributing/Communicating Restaurant emails to corresponding leaders
  • Ensuring office cleanliness and organization
  • Ordering of all Office, Warehouse, and First Aid Supplies
  • Monitoring Chick-fil-A CARES Emails (forwards to leader responsible, approves response)
  • Opening all Restaurant mail, communicating, and ensuring appropriate delivery
  • Answering phone calls and directing to appropriate leader(s)

2). Human Resource Administration

  • Overseeing all Human Resources and Maintenance Systems (including but not limited too)

a) Creating & Maintaining all Employee files

b) Maintaining all Employee I-9 Folders

c) Ensuring all Employees I-9 compliance

d) Auditing Employee files at least (2) times a year to ensure compliance

e) Ensuring all compliance to Local, State, & Federal Labor Laws

f) Preparing Department of Labor reports for each payroll period

g) W-2 Form Distribution

h) Monitoring Daily Time Punch Report for adjustments, errors, violations, etc.

i) Managing Employee Insurance Eligibility & Open Enrollment, etc.

j) Managing all Employee Vacation Accrual & Vacation Pay

k) Managing all Sedgwick Claims from Guests & Employee incidents

l) Managing all Employee birthdays, anniversaries, milestones, etc.

m) Managing all Payroll responsibilities (Overtime, Deductions, Bonuses, Insurance, etc.)

n) Obtaining and Ordering of all Employee Uniforms

3). Vendor/Supplier Administration

  • Overseeing all Vendor/Supplier Receivables & Payables (including but not limited too)

a) Ensuring all invoices are correct, input, & paid on time

b) Ensuring daily invoices are entered into InFORM upon receipt

c) Managing all refunds, credits, missing product(s)

d) Resolving all disputes & billing discrepancies

e) Ensuring all Vendors/Suppliers are set up correctly within Supplier Payments

f) Ensuring proper Supplier 1099 compliance
