Responsible for the operation of the dietary department . Direct and supervise department activities and food production involving planning, monitoring, procession and implementation of facility’s established policies and procedures. Adheres to standards, practices, rules and regulations in compliance with facility and regulatory agencies, and knowledge of Clinical Assessment process and documentation as it relates to Dietary. M-F, 9:00am-6:00pm; 1 weekend shift per month . We are a drug free work place, must comply with the pre-employment drug testing. Certified Dietary Certification is required.
