C3S Concrete Services, Inc. is a growing commercial concrete contractor looking for an experienced Project Manager/Estimator to be a key member of our team. We focus in the commercial market performing structural and flatwork concrete.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Generate project takeoffs quantifying labor, materials, equipment and related costs.

· Create and maintain project schedules including materials, equipment, and manpower needs.

· Create and maintain work plans for the procurement of materials and allocation of personnel.

· Work with field personnel and clients to address issues as they arise.

· Monitor, manage, and document project progress and cost.

Requirements:

· Concrete estimating experience desired

· 3-10 years concrete construction experience

· Commercial concrete industry experience in a management and/or estimator position

· Experience with concrete estimating: structural foundations, post-tensioned concrete, flat work, and walls.

· Proficiency with estimating and project management software
