Real estate development company is looking for a self starter project manager who can handle managing all aspects of property rehab and development including but not limited to scoping work, doing takeoffs, contacting subs including pro-trades, contract negotiation, material procurement and ongoing project inspections and contract completion sign offs.
Candidates should have related industry experience and willing to learn and grow at all times. Main focus on residential development and re-development with potential for future commercial real estate development and potential for growth.
