    CMC, one of the leading property management firms in Virginia, DC and Maryland, has an immediate opening for a Division Director for our growing Condo Division. As a Division Director, you will have the authority and scope to lead your assigned team to ensure client retention and growth; maintain extensive knowledge of all client accounts in your assigned portfolio and support an effective communication system to reach out to clients on a consistent basis. A Division Director is responsible for enabling and implementing processes, procedures, and systems associated with company-wide business processes and project initiatives. This role interacts with operations, accounting and other department staff to research and effectively resolve client issues and to support the on-site management team.

    · Manage a portfolio of community properties

    · Establish and maintain positive relationships with Boards, site managers, and site staff,

    · Communicate successfully with leadership and support teams

    · Provide supervision, oversight and training for site staff

    · Implement a proactive system to consistently communicate with clients

    · Determine appropriate staffing needs; oversee onboarding and training for site managers

    · Engage in the Performance Planning Review process with managers; oversee the process

    within the division

    · Develop action plans to enhance retention efforts of at-risk clients and maintaining the

    “customer thermometer”;

    · Follow up with client to ensure proper execution of actions plans to enact necessary changes.

    · Attend meetings with directors/clients and prospective clients as needed

    · Responsible for timely reporting and communication to leadership

    · Oversight of financial impact including chargebacks, Manager/Admin productivity, overtime

    control

    · Maintaining adherence to company programs, information and directives

    · Direct team efforts to successfully utilize integrated services to clients

    · Provide oversight of internal controls and management standards

    · Observe, display and promot the company pillars, values, goals and branch management plan

    QUALIFICATIONS

    · Bachelor’s Degree Required

    · 5 – 7 years of Management experience required

    · 3 – 7 years of Community Association experience and Portfolio Management experience

    preferred

    · An outstanding customer service ethic and attitude

    · Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player

    · Knowledge of GAAP at a proficient level

    · Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at an expert level

    · Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.)

    at an expert level

    · Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.)

    · Confidentiality and discretion in the performance of all duties and responsibilities

    · Time management and time critical prioritization skills
