Top Central Texas Credit Union seeking Assistant Contact Center Manager.

Because of this, Texell is searching for the next Contact Center Assistant Manager to assist in leading our sensational Contact Center team. Trust me, they’re that awesome.
As an Assistant Contact Center Manager, you will:
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the Contact Center member service team. Be available to assist, answer questions, and coach our Member Service Telephone Representatives (we prefer to say MSTR). Have you noticed how many times I’ve said the word ‘team’? That’s because Texell is truly one-big-lovable-hardworking-team.
- Ensure staff has the skill, knowledge and resources to perform all aspects of their job successfully. Plans and leads department meetings for training and educational purposes.
- Evaluate quality assurance on a routine basis to ensure superior member service if being offered.
- Handle escalation issues. Top-notch verbal communication skills, a calm demeanor, and the ability to find solutions to opportunities is essential in this position.
- Monitor efficiencies and continually look for ways to improve processes.
- Assist in various projects from start to finish including the development, testing, and implementation phases.
- Be on the phone. A lot. After all, this is a Contact Center position.
- Stay busy. You know those positions where you can go chat with other departments for 30 minutes at a time? Yeah, those are non-existent at Texell. Welcome to greatness.
We need you to have:
- We prefer a college degree â but will also accept two to five years of related operations experience. Contact center experience? Even better.
- Ability to lead, motivate, influence, and inspire teams.
- A strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Organizational skills, including the ability to work independently or with a team to meet deadlines.
