Who we’re looking for

RoadSync is scaling quickly and we are looking to add a fantastic VP of Sales to energize and scale our rapidly growing sales team and fine-tune our Go-to-Market strategies. This role is a key executive for the company and will have hand in our strategic direction and success.


What you’ll do

  • Love the idea of building a sales organization from the ground up while continuously improving our processes, team structure, and rep profile
  • Lead a high performing, high velocity sales team with a maniacal focus on delivering results
  • Experiment and develop winning sales strategies to improve revenue growth
  • Tune our pitch and message to sub-segments and decision-makers within our target market
  • Develop our approach by lead source (outbound vs. inbound), segment, and decision maker
  • Identify and implement lead nurturing and sales automation cadence and tools.
  • Develop sales funnel reporting, sales cadence, and sales process. Develop targets and measure KPIs
  • Love being a teacher, coach, and developer of talent – build out sales training and onboarding program
  • Teach sales team to continuously learn, improve, and achieve company goals
  • Gather market feedback from prospects and filter and prioritize to inform product strategy
  • Select the right technologies and tools needed to support a fast-growing sales team

What we’re looking for

  • A proven team-builder capable of hiring, inspiring and motivating a world-class sales team
  • Skilled at sales planning and setting (and achieving) ambitious revenue plans
  • Experience leading sales in a high-velocity model (high-volume and high transaction)
  • Experience developing inbound and outbound sales programs
  • Experience selling SaaS or payments products to SMBs and smaller enterprises
  • B2B sales leadership experience in a company that has scaled rapidly
  • Have a passion for modernizing the logistics space and convincing customers to adopt new solutions and technologies
  • High degree of urgency
