Job Description
1. In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.
2. Provide critical and daily support to the President including managing the calendar, calls, mail, and meetings.
3. Conserve President’s time through assessment of the urgency and importance of situations and take appropriate action to determine the necessary level of executive involvement.
4. Schedule and organize complex activities such as meetings and department activities for the executive staff and organization at large.
5. Coordinate travel arrangements for President and other Executives and guests as required/requested.
6. Plan and coordinate National Sales Meeting.
7. Support the President in holding the Executive Team members accountable to timelines and commitments.
8. Complete project and special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, gaining cooperation of others, monitoring progress, problem-solving, and making adjustments to plans.
9. Make arrangements for visitors from parent company in Tokyo to ensure proper protocols are followed.
10. May provide direction to other administrative staff including support/participate in interviewing of administrative staff members for the AA site.
11. Maintain open communication with all Terumo facilities and outside business associates.
12. Exercise discretion, judgment, confidentiality, professionalism, and tact in dealing with all issues.
13. Utilizes the systems and processes in place to attract, develop, engage, train and retain talented Associates; creating a work environment where Associates can realize their full potential, thus allowing the organization to meet business needs.
