Director Strategic Planning
(Swiftwater, PA) The Director will develop and manage the site IA strategy by Coordinating the effort to develop the site master plan and IA Strategy. As well as manage the integration of the Site VIA and Global project portfolios and working with the VIA team to develop plans and programs that support the SP strategy. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the process for the development of the VIA Site strategy plan and budget
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead and manage the development of the Swiftwater IA 5 year strategic execution plan and of the Site Master Plan
- Coordinate all stakeholders in the development of a unified 10 yr site master plan including all major capital projects and large programs needed t for the SWR site â updated annually.

Coordinate the efforts all stakeholders to build a unified 5 yr execution plan for Swiftwater IA annually.
- Integrate Plans and Programs of each area with the Site Master Plan
- Assure strategic integration of projects and programs for IA and the Site with global strategy
- Coordinate visits and develop materials/presentations for external visitors/global management visitors and management forums.

Assist the ILT members and others in LRP and Budget Development and Presentation including:
- Defining and developing the scope and objective of the presentation and assuring that it aligns with the Programs and Plans contained in the Strategic Execution Plan,
- Interacting with stakeholders to obtain the data sources/information for the presentation
- Creating and refining the information to meet the objectives of the meeting
- Coordinate visits of the site of External Visitors and Sr management including
- Manage the plan to develop the financial Strat Plan and the Budget for Site VIA
- Coordinate the Finance, supply chain, Master Data and the operating areas to produce the annual financial Strat Plan and the budget for VIA at SWR.
- Assure Alignment of the supply plans, operation plans, and SAP Standards for the plan development
- Assist the Sr Director Operations in managing Site affairs related to services, office space, and infrastructure to support all operations at the site.
Basic Qualifications:
BS/BA, engineering, management or sciences.
Knowledge of Vaccine/Pharma manufacturing processes.
Experience in supply chain or business planning
7+ years of business management in Operations and/or allied disciplines such as R&D or Commercial Operations in Vaccines/Pharma
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA is preferred
