Description
The Director of Client Services plays an important role in setting the tone for the organization. As the first and last person clients see when they are in the office, this team member is instrumental in making sure clients have a positive experience. This person also has overall responsibility for delivering
extraordinary client service, executing successful client events, and coordination of the firm’s marketing efforts. This individual must be professional, caring, and genuinely interested in making our clients feel special.
Responsibilities and Activities
· Greets clients and prospective clients in a friendly and sincere manner, making them
feel comfortable when they visit the office.
· Handles incoming telephone calls.
· Handles calendars for the Wealth Advisor(s) and others in the office.
· Schedules client review appointments
· Schedules prospective client appointments
· Delivers concierge services to clients:
o Coordinates all gifts and cards
o Coordinates random acts of kindness
o Makes periodic “stay in touch” calls
· Coordinates all activities related to client events:
o Coordinates all elements of each event including selecting locations, food and
beverage service, audio/visual needs, registration/RSVP process, invitation
design, nametag creation, and other event details.
· Manages social media presence
· Manages website
· Develops invitations, announcements, and other client communications
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Requirements:
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Excellent attitude and an extraordinary client service orientation
· Superior Phone Skills-friendly and helpful in all interactions on the phone.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Professional demeanor
· Marketing and/or event management experience is a plus
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc..)
· Attendance is an essential function
