Vice President, SI Enablement
The Vice President, SI Enablement will report to the Executive Vice President, Professional Services and will manage our go-to-market strategy, operations and partnerships. This senior role will be focused on the development and maturation of the framework of Insurity’s SI program and ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have previously led channel or partner programs in a SaaS environment. The role is an extremely cross-functional role working closely with sales, professional services, customer success and other teams across the company.
Travel will be required (up to 50%), and the location of the selected candidate is flexible although preferred that the candidate works out of one of Insurity’s major office locations (Hartford, CT, Montreal, QC, Sarasota, FL).
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop, implement and manage the overall strategy for system integrators
- Identify and negotiate with SI partners to build out Insurity’s SI footprint, as appropriate
- Collaborate with sales to provide partners that add value to our current and prospective clients
- Work with partners to build business plans that create positive outcomes for Insurity, our clients and partners
- Work cross functionally to develop SI partner related marketing program
- Manage cross functional team responsible for development of training and certification materials
- Develop a System Integrator Partner program tiering partner segments, defining entrance criteria, and monitoring success
- Work with partners to on-board and certify resources utilizing training assets provided by the Training LOB.
- Perform market capacity planning to ensure ecosystem resources can provide coverage for market demand
- Track a skills matrix across the defined ecosystem to capture available consultant knowledge across our opportunities
What you’ll need:
- 8+ years’ experience in a sales, delivery or related role in a high-growth SaaS based organization
- 5+ years’ experience in a channel/partner/SI leadership position, including experience establishing an SI partnership program
- Strong experience leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of the software ecosystem
- 10+ years of experience in product management and/or digital product management, while managing multiple product managers and product owners in an agile organization
- Strong negotiator and relationship builder
- Can effectively articulate a vision and strategy in a way that inspires and motivates
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 50% required
