What You’ll Be Doing:

In this role you’ll:

  • Learn and understand the technical requirements of cross-functional projects in order to manage and drive the results. While reporting is key, this technical project management role is responsible for understanding gaps and driving the conversations with the appropriate stakeholders to ensure delivery
  • Manage scope, deliverables, communication, risk, and timeline for the entire duration of cross-team projects
  • Develop and communicate metrics that you will track to ensure success of your projects
  • Evaluate, select and manage vendor relationships, in partnership with legal, HR and other internal teams
  • Oversee external contractors as needed for the engineering department
  • Identify and promptly manage dependencies, blockers, and requirements
  • Serve as a liaison between development, product, and go-to-market teams
  • Build structure and process for cross-team and cross-department efforts
  • Maintain day to day, deep involvement with teams on project efforts
  • Communicate constantly to all stakeholders
  • Drive transparency of state and risk of projects for all levels of the organization

What You’ll Need:

  • 3+ years experience implementing and managing technical projects
  • Top notch organizational and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, but able to see both the strategic goals and the tactical milestones
  • Experience with project management tools; experience with Jira is also preferred
  • Experience managing external contractors and agencies
  • Proven track record of multitasking and enjoyment of managing multiple, disparate projects at once
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
  • A drive to continuously learn and improve for both yourself and your teams
  • Experience in a SaaS software company and/or start-up or scaling environment

We are interested in every qualified candidate with authorization to work in the United States. However, this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
