Task Order Project Manager and Functional Specialist/Advisor

Position Overview:
The primary duties of the Task Order Project Manager (TOPM) will be to manage: contractual guidance regarding statement of work activities; staffing; relationships with TO customers, technical monitor, and MOJAVE FA1 Contracting Officer Representative; and monthly deliverables.
The primary duties of the Functional Specialist/Advisor will be to support IT audit management activities as they relate torecurringaudits/inspections(e.g.Federal Information System Modernization Act (FISMA),Financial Statement Audit (FSA)).
Responsibilities:
- The TOPM shall coordinate all contractual deliverables to include: Monthly reporting (technical report, staffing report and invoicing); Quarterly Program Management Review presentations; and Travel estimates and Trip Reports as necessary.
- The TOPM shall manage all contract staff to include: maintaining qualified contractors (according to SOW), managing weekly staffing sheet, interviews, and offer letters.
- The TOPM shall meet as frequently as needed with Task Order POCs (customers/GPOCs, Tech Monitor, and COR).
- The FSA shall support the IT Audit Management activities by ensuring timely and efficient receipt, coordination, tracking, remediation and responses to the Office of the Inspector General (IG) audit and inspection findings. Information system vulnerabilities are tracked and responses are coordinated with internal NGA and external organizations as appropriate.
- The FSA shall support the IT Audit activity by supporting the recurring CIO-T, IG updates for the Secure Operations Group (TO) and other senior-level governance engagements.
- The FSA shall provide coordination and collaboration support to route IG finding responses and status updates to CIO-T leadership for signature and approval and to schedule meetings with stakeholders to track the status of IG findings.
- The FSA shall provide analysis, reports, and metrics to CIO-T leadership concerning the status of findings.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience managing teams and deliverables
- Experience: 3-6 years of experience in a distinct functional or cross-functional business area (i.e. Information Technology, Information Assurance, Cyber Security, or Engineering). Experience may be broad-based crossing multiple markets (i.e., Government or industry) and shall include relevant knowledge of IT audit and assessment tools, methodologies and best practices.
- The contractor shall have working knowledge of FISMA and FSA requirements.
- The contractor shall have experience in coordinating activities associated with IT audits and mitigating identified vulnerabilities.
- Education: Bachelors Degree within a related field (e.g. Information Technology, Information Assurance, Cyber Security, or Engineering)
Desired Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional certification (PMP)
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft, PRISM, GEO-F, and/or PeopleSoft Asset Management (PSAM)
- Knowledge of IC and DoD asset management policies, procedures, and instructions
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain, or currently possess Top Secret SCI clearance.
