Duties include administrative, organization, marketing, contractor communications, spreadsheet, travel planning, event planning, phone, child, errand completion and home care tasks. MUST BE TECH SAVVY (especially Microsoft, presentations, database management, social media/print marketing) and no phonecall fear!! CEO is looking for a fun, responsible, reliable, flexible, honest, excellent communication (including writing) and high sense of urgency type person.
Must have clean driving and background history with own car/transportation.
Hours will be approx 830 am- 230 pm 4 days a week (flexible).
