The HR Director will work with leadership on people strategy business partnership focused on culture and labor maximization. Duties include but are not limited to: Total compensation and worker health. Partner with leadership team in talent acquisition, development, onboarding and orientation; ongoing curation and training at all levels; human capital regulatory and governance compliance oversight; oversee responsibility for ensuring the appropriate Privileging for all Patient serving positions. The HR Director will provide general oversight of the HR program and activities for all staff at SCCC. The HR Director will provide a safe and confidential environment for personnel.
1. Human Capitol Regulatory compliance
a. Succession planning and execution
b. Employee relations and grievance investigations
i. Investigate reports of staff misconduct, grievances including providing recommendations of employment actions
c. Board governance committee
i. Policy and Administrative Regulation development, recommendation, and implementation
d. Internal and external controls for all necessary for compliance
i. Ensuring compliance with COBRA, FLSA, ADA, FMLA, ERISA, immigration laws, and all other applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing employment; EEOC, OCR, HRSA, NHSC, CHSC reporting and compliance
2. Organization Culture & Learning Program Leadership
a. Facilitation and collaboration with front line and leadership through Employee Advisory Group, Survey and Feedback programs
b. Performance Evaluation programs
c. Implement and monitor training programs for all levels of staff, including clinical and administration
i. Utilization of full learning platforms, including online, in person and mentorships
d. Pre-employment and NEO
e. End to End innovation through stay interviews & exit interviews
3. Total Compensation Consultation
a. Strategic analysis of competitive market trends through wage analysis
b. Rewards and aligned base salary planning and execution
4. Talent Acquisition, Development, Curation
a. Applicant Tracking System tactical use and strategic economic stewardship
b. Build capacity through all marketing and p/r of employee recruitment
c. HRSA BHW Site Contact and HPSA Score oversight
d. Growth of pipeline for all, including in house learner programs, 3rd party education and preceptor affiliation agreements
5. Worker Health Program
a. Workerâs Compensation and employee safety
b. Worksite Wellness
i. Four (4) pillars of Total Health: Physical, Emotional/Mental, Community and Financial
6. ERISA Benefits Administration and Oversight
a. Administer benefits programs for internal and external partners
i. 3rd party administration management for benefits, training and H.R. information systems
b. Leader and responsibilities for:
i. People Budget and finance consultation with timekeeping and payroll
