Own the digital products strategy, design, development, and internal and customer-facing
roadmaps. Create and manage the framework that drives toward a scalable digital product portfolio that delivers business value. Lead a cross-functional product team for effective decision making in product
design and implementation across R&D, manufacturing, marketing and sales focused to meet the business needs of internal and external customers. Manage continuous improvement and product lifecycle wrapped in a product experience that continuously and consistently improves user adoption.
- Develop and communicate a clear and compelling product vision
- Execute the product vision in partnership with cross-functional teams
- Play leading role in understanding customer (internal and external) needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product roadmap
- Lead the product team to use best practices, including established product
development/management methodology, tools, and techniques appropriate for use in an agile (regulated) development environment
- Coordinate and achieve internal buy-in across all stakeholder groups that the roadmap supports (e.g., quarterly and annual basis)
- Grow market awareness and broaden product market fit by leveraging the partner eco system
- Build a culture of trust, growth, innovation, and customer success
