Job Summary: Homie’s General Manager will play an integral role in Homie’s expansion and success in the Las Vegas metro area. As GM, you will be responsible for delighting our customers (internal and external), overseeing customer service and experience. You will own the planning and execution of the markets Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), hiring, on-boarding, training, and daily operations while focusing on the optimization of processes and procedures. As the leader of the market, you will work closely with the Marketing Team to grow market share and acquire new business.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team of Homie employees in Las Vegas (W2 and 1099)
  • Own the P&L for the market
  • Headcount, Operational Expenses, Marketing
  • Build an organizational structure to manage and optimize growth strategy
  • Work with the Homie HQ team to make sure systems, software, website, and process is customized and / or purchased for new markets
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor brokerage performance
  • Assist Executive Management in expansion strategy in Las Vegas
  • Develop and execute a robust KPI strategy
  • Provide in-market insights to improve product and CX
  • Work on ad-hoc projects assigned by Executive Management
  • Build out a local network to spread the Homie marketing message and build brand and company partnership with the local team
  • Help build and execute local marketing strategy

KPIs:

  • Listings growth (25% month over month growth)
  • Listings retention (reduce pulled listings as best as possible where Homie can control like Development, Customer Service, etc. Sometimes sellers pull for reasons Homie cannot control and we should account for this)
  • Sell-side closings (60-day sell-through rate of 80%)
  • Buy-side closings (25% MoM growth)
  • Loans closed (25% MoM growth and 80% attachment rate – how does the GM affect this?)
  • Profitable unit economics (Blended and by product line 40% goal)
  • LTV / CAC (25% MoM growth/improvements since the market is so new)
