East West Manufacturing, a dynamic and growing global organization, seeks to expand their senior leadership team with the addition of a Director of Human Resources. The Director of Human Resources would work in partnership with the companyâs Executive leadership team to provide an operational structure for existing organizational needs and help to position them for future growth and expansion.
Job Duties Include:
- Talent Acquisition across the organization
- Onboarding oversight to ensure new employees feel welcome and understand company values
- Driving Culture initiatives to ensure East West is a great place to work
- Management of compensation across all business units
- Oversight of the Performance Review process
- Utilizing a Talent Development program to establish career paths, training and structure
- Collaborating with 3rd parties to ensure consistent compliance in all facilities
- Working with benefits broker to maintain competitive benefits offerings
Job Requirements Include:
- 7+ years Human Resources experience at the Senior Management level
- Prior experience working in a consultative capacity with executive leadership
- Bachelorâs Degree, mandatory
- PHR, SPHR or similar certification preferred
- Prior experience with Mergers and Acquisitions is helpful
- A proven track record of success with implementing Change Management initiatives
- Prior experience in a global organization is a plus
- Strong working knowledge of labor laws and compliance
- Ability to make one international trip per year
This position offers a compensation package which will include a base salary of $150K, quarterly bonuses, and a competitive offering of employee benefits.
