Fitness Director

A Best Version Fitness Director is responsible for helping all members “achieve the best version of themselves.” The Fitness Manager serves as a ‘fitness guide’ to all members of the club, ‘educator and mentor for all training staff. The Fitness Manager’s ultimate role is to manage the Members On boarding Process which includes conducting the Fitness Consultation(assessment),selling of personal training packages, managing the personal training team and growing the Personal Training department

Fitness Manager must have an out going personality and be comfortable with Sales. Must be a likable people person.

Salary: $75,000.00 to $125,000.00 /year
