We are presently seeking a Director of Outlets with four (4) or more years of experience managing high-volume and upscale food and beverage operations. Multi-outlet management and hotel experience is strongly desired. This is an excellent opportunity to join an iconic Hilton property with plenty of room for career advancement.

What will I be doing?
  • Organize and support the activities of the hotel’s Food & Beverage Outlets including, Circa 55, the Lobby Lounge & Barista Bar, and In-Room Dining.
  • Manage and develop wine and beverage programs, sales (retail & on-premise) and food/wine pairing opportunities for banquet and outlets.
  • Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.
  • Utilize strong leadership skills to train, manage, and develop team members.


What are we looking for?

  • Four (4) or more years of experience in a managerial role, overseeing high-volume, upscale food and beverage operations
  • Hotel and multi-outlet experience strongly desired
  • Strong Beverage knowledge
  • Open availability to work varying days and shifts
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively train, manage and develop a team
