Position Overview
Support the Spirit Team by providing excellent customer service to our external, internal and phone-in customers in a front lobby position. Coordinate customer and facility visitors, scheduling meetings and facility entry by vetting and logging in visitors. Manage phone calls and Team Calendar updates. Have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures for Microsoft Outlook, Power Point and Excel. Assist in managing office supplies for team operations and kitchen. Support data entry for accounting and sales to maintain monthly reports for quality, sales and finance. Utilize work instructions and established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Work under supervision of Spirit Management, but must be a self-starter, highly organized, decision maker within your job responsibilities and execute and exercise leadership of the role. Maintain the company standards around ethical and moral values while professionally representing Spirit Electronics.
Essential Job Functions
· Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with internal team
· Have customer facing disposition for in person and phone interaction
· Must be reliable and responsible for scheduled work hours
· Have planning skills and intuition to keep office supplies and kitchen supplies on hand as needed
· Communicate with facility suppliers, i.e. cleaners, lawn service, window service, pest service, utilities, etc.
· Manage inbound phone calls and direct callers to appropriate Spirit Team members.
· Complete employee training
· Back up personnel in other departments

Requirements
· Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
· Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
· Self-starter, motivated and attention to detail
· Strong interpersonal skills, including good written/verbal communication
· Multi-tasking in fast-paced environment
· Attendance/punctuality
· Distribution or industry experience preferred
