Want to join our team as the Director, Enterprise Project Management (PMO)?
The Director, Enterprise Project Management is responsible for leading and directing a focused, cross-functional approach to all aspects of program and project planning while delivering operational excellence. You will work closely with all department stakeholders to facilitate a process that helps identify key points, critical activity, prioritization and timing required for success. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and leading areas of improvement through collaboration with cross-functional business partners and establishing processes to achieve measurable results through partnerships across the Company.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years’ experience in the consumer goods, wholesale industry (preferably apparel/footwear) or the equivalent combination experience required.
- Prior leadership experience required and PMP certification or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proven experience handling confidential and sensitive information is essential.
- Experience solving complex cross organizational issues, including the development of recommendations to executive management team.
- Experience leading large scale, cross functional global programs, with multi geographic deployments and budgets exceeding $3M – $6M.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills with the proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels.
- Exceptional facilitation, negotiation and influential skills – requires the ability to lead large cross-functional/global groups to reach consensus on a conclusion or decision.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and MS Project; project portfolio management tools and experience desired.
