We are seeking a warm and dynamic, highly organized leader with excellent people and “soft” skills. The ideal person exudes confidence and is level-headed while being able to multi-task in a high energy, fast-paced environment.

The Director of Operations duties include:
– provide excellent customer service, lead by example, exemplify leadership and instill a positive culture.
-misc. operational duties: run transactions, book appointments, answer phones.
-work with and assist the owner in all day-to-day duties.
-miscellaneous administrative duties
-staff and client communications.
-organization of marketing events.
-inventory management.
-recruiting and hiring staff.

Job Requirements:
* Customer service, management and sales experience preferred
* No experience required working with our software but must be proficient with Mac computers and quick to learn technology.
*Warm and friendly, authentic.
*Organizes, energetic & stylish
*Flexible with hours and scheduling

At PAINT we believe our staff comes first therefore our Director of Operations must have excellent management and staff development skills. We provide thorough training and do NOT require any salon experience.
