Raleigh House is seeking an Admissions and Marketing Director! Be part of our vision and growth!
The Raleigh House provides a destination substance use disorder treatment center sitting on 40 acres of ranch land, with views of the prairie all around and the Rocky Mountains in the distance. Raleigh House supports every individual with state-of-the art traditional and innovative therapies for the treatment of addictions and co-occurring disorders. We feature equine therapy, yoga, rock-wall activities, art therapy, nutritional programs and evidence-based individual and group psychotherapy in a setting designed for retreat and healing.
The Admissions and Marketing Director is responsible for building and managing the admissions (sales) team, lead generation efforts, and assisting to oversee and strategize media outreach. This individual will be tasked with creating infrastructure and organization, standard processes and protocols, and growing team success and skills. Very substantial interface with the vision and mission of the agency, including its high energy entrepreneurial CEO and executive team. The ideal candidate will understand sales and admissions in a behavioral health treatment setting, the stages of change which lifestyle change presents, and addictions treatment models.
Essential Functions:
- Build and manage admissions / business development staff: developing their skills, creating accountability and providing oversight for quality and productivity.
- Participate in refining training processes to ensure staff possess high level assessment, motivational, and sales skills.
- Oversee creation of departmental infrastructure and organization: create, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures and sales processes.
- Participate in the build-out of Salesforce system and inter/intra-departmental communication processes.
- Establish, achieve, and maintain compliance with metrics, including regarding sales and outreach goals, account servicing, and admissions conversions.
- Analyze call and conversion data, trends, and the correlations among variables encountered within the client population and call / outreach data.
- Prepare reports on marketing and sales activities for executive staff.
- Provide oversight and support to lead generation efforts including boots-on-the-ground staff, alumni coordinator, and media outreach professionals.
- Build relationships with other agencies to enhance inter agency collaboration, referrals / lead generation, coordination of care, and resource access.
- Interface and strategic planning with media and internet consultants increase brand recognition, and messaging and sales.
- Supervises staff of 5 professional full-time outreach and call staff: performance management, assignments, goal setting, training, hire / fire, support, and work structure agreements and regular meetings with individuals and the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs Degree
- Proven track record of sale performance and achieving treatment agency growth and marketing goals
- Substantial and demonstrable experience marketing in a treatment / behavioral health environment – Required
- Experience with Salesforce, preferred
- Substantial experience in a treatment call center environment

Salary: $85,000.00 to $120,000.00 /hour
