The Vice President of Talent Management will be the strategic leader of people and organizational development supporting the growth and evolution of Auctor Corporation.
This thought leader partners with leadership and staff to design, deliver and drive talent-related strategies, tools, processes and policies in the areas of staff planning, succession planning, career and employee development, to grow and sustain a high-performing organizational culture. This position will be to shape, develop, and execute strategies to forge a culture that is inclusive of our talented team members in the field and at the corporate office, ensuring employee success, while championing change in support of business needs.
To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting, organizational and employee development and change management models, along with a strategic mindset in order to develop and retain high performing employees.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist leaders with staff planning by assessing needs of the team and identifying skills required to fill needs. Determine strategies and plans to meet the needs of each team and lead the implementation of agreed upon plans.
- Develop and implement and maintain a career planning and employee development strategy that values the contributions and skills of each team member and build plans to align their aspirations and skill sets with the growth and needs of the company. Acts as a resource to employees ensuring employee success and engagement.
- Design, deliver and coordinate a robust onboarding for all new hires to ensure successful integrated to the organization.
- Provide leadership development to current and potential leaders to develop leadership competencies across the organization. Provide coaching and guidance to leaders in day to day management of team performance.
- Develops and administers training programs for employees, assesses training and development needs for organizations, helps individuals and groups develop skills and knowledge, creates training manuals, presents in-person training sessions, monitors training for effectiveness.
- Acting as a change management specialist to assess, define, and drive activities to establish organizational effectiveness and sustain culture change.
- Designing and conduct employee surveys and feedback vehicles to ensure employee success and engagement. Work with leadership to develop responses and initiatives to employee feedback and lead implementation of initiatives developed.
- Work with management to set recruiting priorities based on current and strategic directions and define recruiting goals. Manage the creation of our employment brand and lead efforts to relay our brand to new candidates. Innovate hiring methodologies by identifying unique and non-traditional sources for finding candidates. Provide recruiting activities to aid management in filling new or open positions.
- Integrate programs into corporate HR systems, competency models, talent management, talent acquisition and other core people and performance management systems.

- Ten years or more of relevant professional experience
- Strong customer orientation combined with a proven record of excellent program/project management and stakeholder management

Education
- Bachelorâs Degree required. Advanced degree preferred.
