As the VP of Payment Solutions, you will ensure that JLL Marketplace and other Digital Business Teams delivers payment, settlement and financing capabilities with its product offerings. You will be responsible for the strategy development; solution definition and you will manage the solution lifecycle and product P&L for our Payment & Financing offering. This includes the utilization of market research, the evaluation of technology trends, and the translation of product strategy into a roadmap. You are a key leader that will build a team and partnerships to support our client’s needs and act as a liaison with Account Management on the resolution of technical issues impacting clients. In addition, you will execute against key business success metrics, including financial targets, client experience metrics, etc.

As a Vice President of Payments & Financing you will:
Develop and execute the strategic vision and tactical product roadmaps

Lead a product management team to deliver against the business plan

Build product and business requirements based on market analysis, business strategy and client needs, in the aligned marketplace

Seek business opportunities and develop business plans, to include: the product strategy, as well as the financial and transaction-based forecasts

Participate in sales activities and is a key part in building a marketing and sales strategy along with our marketing and sales teams

Work closely with sales, development and professional services to ensure requirements are interpreted correctly in detailed design specifications and in the construction of the products

Perform as a key leader of furthering JLL’s strategy by hiring, developing and retaining talent, as well as influencing organizational structure, and expanding the overall knowledge across the enterprise

Validate and prioritize requirements including defining benefits and impacts of releases across the organization and clients

Achieve transactions, quality, revenue and profitability goals

Lead partnerships with key organizational stakeholders, including executive leadership, sales, marketing, operations, finance, legal, and outside partners to ensure portfolio and business success

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or a related field required.

Job-Related Experience:
10+ years of experience in Business Payments with most of the experience in leadership roles

Shown success in effectively managing products through key stages of the lifecycle

Strong working knowledge of business financial practices, accounting and business case development, and ability to run a P&L

Experience in creating release roadmaps that support product strategies

Proven ability to understand complex business and technical concepts and make balanced judgments when faced with trade-offs.

Strong analytical skills and ability to build consensus.

Possess strong communication and presentation abilities to interact at all levels of the clients from C-level to technical and operation levels.

Solid thought leadership and ability to influence others through collaborative efforts.

An ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with a broad set of constituencies.

Strong results orientation with demonstrated track record of success.

A high degree of adaptability/flexibility.

The ability to excel in dynamic, fast-paced environment.

An ability to complete tactical activities.
