Overview:
This individual will function as a member of the facility’s management team. Qualified applicants should have have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or comparable experience, MSW is preferred. A minimum of one year supervised social work experience in a skilled nursing facility setting, working directly with individuals is highly preferred.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate supervisory skills and experience, strong interpersonal, leadership and facilitation skills. Must be able to work in a collaborative way with management team and support staff and be able to generate and maintain a resident-centered approach to the delivery of care.
Requirements Include:
– Bachelor degree, preferably with a social services focus
– At least 2 years of Social Services experience preferably in a SNF facility setting
– At least 1 year of management or supervisory experience
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Excellent computer skills, excellent attention to detail
– Proven track record of success in implementing and monitoring adherence to all facility policies and regulations.
