Reports to EVP and Chief Transformation Officer. This position has responsibility for the effective management of GPCâs short- and long-term transformation including strategic growth, operating efficiency and cost saving initiatives across the global GPC organization.
Position Mission:
Primary focus is to build partnerships with business units and cross-functional teams to develop, prioritize, lead and execute strategic initiatives that deliver improved business performance. Develop financial and operational analytics to inform key enterprise strategic priorities. Effectively communicate and develop internal consensus on optimal execution path forward. Design and lead disciplined processes to execute transformation initiatives.

The following section contains the primary responsibilities for this position. The Director, Strategic Business Transformation Initiatives is responsible for performing any other duties as assigned by management.
Develop strategic and financial analytics to inform long-term GPC value creation strategic priorities.
Aggregate business unit data and aggregate to provide operational and financial insights.
Provide operational progress visibility that informs tactical field level action and sharing of best practices.
Enhance annual and long-range enterprise financial forecast processes.
Evolve pace, depth and rhythm of fact-based decision making to drive business improvements.
Attract, mentor and develop next-generation high-potential internal and external talent.
Requirements:
MBA strongly preferred.
8 â 12 years in related disciplines including strategic planning, financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, commercial/operational finance, treasury, capital planning.
Demonstrates consistent track record of leadership, teamwork and delivering high impact results.
Demonstrates skill in strategic planning, project management and strategic financial analytics.
Synthesizes data to develop strategic and operational implications that translate into action.
