SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Gunnison provides services that will promote SharePoint as an Enterprise IT Shared Service for a major Federal Agency. These services include but are not limited to, building workflow systems, migrating Nintex workflows to SharePoint workflows, migrating and consolidating legacy IT systems into .Net framework in SharePoint, creating and maintaining .Net Applications in SharePoint and providing best practices especially using MVC framework, Entity Framework, and integrating SharePoint with other enterprise-class IT systems in use. These efforts will also allow the client to continue leveraging SharePoint Online features to build web and mobile based applications quickly to support customers across the agency.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interface with senior levels of the customer’s organization
- Lead and attend meetings with teams, COR, partners and customers
- Coordinate and execute sprint or technology demonstrations
- In collaboration with senior project technical leads, provide direction to agile development teams
- Work with customer product owners to prioritize technical tasks/product backlogs
- Ensure both short-term and long-term accomplishment of technical goals
- Continuously monitor the work performance for adherence to plans, standards, and customer expectations
- Manage schedules and budgets at exacting levels of detail
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- 4+ experience in Project Management
Ability to pass a US Government Background investigation national agency check, Secret or TS not required.- PMP Certification is a plus
- Experience with SharePoint technologies is a plus
- Experience with Agile Scrum is a plus
