Seeking Personal Executive Assistant for CEO of rapidly growing company that is poised to open other locations. Looking for the perfect combination of Office Guru, someone who loves order, and someone creative to use bring in a little flair using Pinterest to make things special.

Seeking someone comfortable with managing a high-energy, creative entrepreneur to keep her organized and supported while working in terms of creating systems and helping her clone herself to do the things she can’t get to and to support her with tasks. Reliable. Consistent. Goes above and beyond. You must be able to keep up with the pace that she works which is quick all the time as she has big goals and a lot of responsibilities.

Needs to be skilled in fixing apps, getting technology to work together in the most streamlined way.

As she is – there is no such thing as “That’s not my job” but rather “I got this. Don’t worry.” with a smile. You will never be asked to do anything that is anything other than professional. CEO has assistance with cleaning and landscaping but you may be asked to create an organization system or do basic dusting or cleaning of an area to prep for a clean space for your organized masterpiece!

Tasks to be performed as needed will be both for personal and work. Self-starter and someone who is good at jumping in and loves to help and with speed is a plus.

Must live near Wayne, Pa. and can check in with CEO to get download of what needs to be done and how.

Also includes personal tasks such as errands, gift purchasing and wrapping and organizing at the home.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Helping make appointments and managing the schedule of our CEO.
  • Superior Proficiency of preparation of files and documents with GSuites – Excel, Word, and familiarity with Social Media and good with technology and creating systems and getting technology to sync and work for CEO so she can be the most organized she can be.

Google Docs, Google Sheets.

  • Writing professional emails and documents with proper grammar in regards to my personal life, work and my book.
  • Must have neat, beautiful handwriting.
  • Preparing shakes, snacks, or meals for CEO at certain times.
  • Running errands as needed.
  • Stocking the office with supplies.
  • Streamlining and making systems to make the CEO’s life run smoother.
  • Be a source of accountability for CEO to make sure goals are met.
  • Organize home and work areas.
  • Be on hand for deliveries and coordinate.
  • Any tasks not described above.

IMPORTANT: MUST MUST MUST have a high level of knowledge of GSuites (organization and set up of this), Asana, Slack, and work quickly. This is not a slow-paced job and requires someone who loves speed. Think speed of busy restaurant or an ER. Must have excellent communication and closing the loop to keep CEO apprised on what was done and where projects are.

Hours to be worked: 9:00-2:00 pm Monday and Thursday, extra hours, if needed to complete on your schedule if it goes over. Can also do remotely for some hours.

Pay: Commensurate with experience.

Job Type: Part-time. Could go FT for the right person eventually after 90 days of excellent performance.
