Description
We are Serenity Mental Health Centers, a fast-growing healthcare provider helping patients live their best lives using the most advanced technologies and research available. We believe that there is a better way of approaching mental health through scientifically proven treatment options and insisting on a first-class patient experience. We are looking for a Director of Clinical Operations for our Denver area offices that is passionate about helping to bring about this vision. This role will be responsible for ensuring the best patient experience possible by growing and coaching an engaged workforce and ensuring daily processes are understood and being followed by our staff. This is a great opportunity to grow your career and make a difference for those who need it most. Relocation assistance is available.
What You’ll Do
- Be responsible for all the hiring, training, and management of all non-physician clinical staff for our Denver area offices.
- Learn, master, teach, and reinforce the processes that we’ve found contribute to the best patient experience possible.
- Assist in the launch and start-up of new clinics across the Denver metro area.
- Identify and train shift supervisors to help with the day-to-day management of the offices.
- Respond to escalated patient concerns.
- Monitor and manage daily, weekly, and monthly metrics to ensure processes are working appropriately, and problem solve issues as they arise.
- You’ll have the support of a full-time recruiter and a full-time trainer that are already on staff.
What We are Looking For
- A hands-on, operations minded leader that can insist on the highest standards of patient care and process adherence while fostering a work culture where employees enjoy their jobs and are engaged in what we do.
- Experience running day-to-day operations across multiple sites with success in building a winning culture and team.
- Detail oriented and unrelenting on standards without being rude or disrespectful to others.
- Someone that cares about others and builds relationships naturally.
- Previous health care experience is not required and is only preferred for candidates that are open-minded about how to approach patient care and daily operations. We’re not interested in being like other health care providers.
- We are looking to hire leaders that have found how to live healthy and fulfilling lives outside of work. We don’t expect perfection or someone without problems, but rather someone that knows how to overcome challenge and adversity and demonstrates the skills and attributes of a healthy life that we are advocating for our patients.
