What we are looking for:

The Designer will play a key role in our new Content Studio for our Global client based in Atlanta.
The scope of the Content Studio encompasses copy & design, amplifying Global Big Idea Brand and Marketing Program creative into owned and paid omni-channels, along with Always On/Evergreen Web, Social and Programmatic media.
The Designer is responsible for creating next generation multimedia design and production for advertising across all media including: online (digital and social), OOH, video, print, events and collateral campaigns and initiatives.
The ideal candidate must have a great eye for design, strong presentation creation experience, a strong digital background, be fluent in Adobe suite, and have outstanding communication skills with demonstrated interpersonal and organizational abilities. Candidates must be able to demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
This role will be based at WPP’s campus office in Buckhead, Atlanta, a short distance from the client’s newly redesigned Global HQ. Meetings at Client offices will be part of the routine. This role will report directly to Hogarth’s Content Creative Director.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do

  • Collaborate with writers to develop and design creative across multiple mediums and brands
  • Produce creative work of quality and in volume across multiple dicisplines including Digital, Print, Social, Events and more
  • Work directly with project leads and client managers to deliver creative solutions
  • Guide production of work with production partners alongside project leads and client managers
  • Collaborate as necessary with the Creative Department in NY and other Hogarth internal departments
  • Taking and responding to briefs from CD and Business and Project leads on the team.
  • Demonstrate and champion clear understanding of brand
  • Support and help colleagues.
  • Contribute to team meetings and other touchpoints

Qualifications

What you’ll have
  • 5+ years in designing marketing content ideally within advertising, design agencies or in-house creative team.
  • Experience of design for hospitality industry and Loyalty programs would be a plus.
  • Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles.
  • Knowledge of typography, color and production.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Design or relevant field.
  • Ability to develop innovative creative work that’s in line with campaign and strategy
  • Be highly creative and imaginative
  • Strong conceptual & problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the creative development process
  • Proven ability to manage and organize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Highly collaborative mindset with an ability to work well with immediate Atlanta team, but also across the Hogarth regional and global network as required.
  • Ability to persuasively communicate and support the work.
  • Proactivity in self-learning and skills improvement through training and keeping abreast of industry advances.
