Diamondback Branding LLC is a family owned mid sized promotional product supplier located in Austin TX. We have an open, fun and fast paced culture. We are young, creative and innovative.

Diamondback Branding is 7 years old and has seen rapid growth over the last 4 years.

Depending on the season we have 30-40 full time staff.

This is not a “corporate” job. We embrace individuality, culture and fun with our work.

We are searching for an Executive Assistant to aid our Founder/ CEO with daily activities. Daily job functions are listed below, but not limited too:

· Staff on boarding/ off boarding

· Keep staff files, reviews, write ups, bonus’s.

· Oversee company staff HR compliance

· Work with appointed safety officer to insure staff safety and safety training.

· Keep CEOs schedule, schedule meetings with customers and staff.

· Single point of communication for CEO when out of the office/ on leave.

· Help build meeting notes, take and log notes in all manager meetings.

· Schedule staff reviews, and manager outings

· Assist managers with quarterly department lunches

· Schedule monthly all hands staff meeting/ lunches

· Proof read important emails or paperwork

· Help write and organize staff and company policies.

· Keep files, insurance, equipment, purchases, loans etc.

· Organize and book all show travel plans for CEO and any other attendees.

· In charge of “preferred vendor” agreements and be primary vendor relations contact point for escalations or policy changes.

· Birthday Cards/ gifts for staff.

· Setting up Company parties, Christmas, Halloween etc.

· Assist CEO on projects for “Code 3 Properties” secondary company:

· Organizing and submitting documents for property loans

· Organizing and tracking properties and tenants

· Setting up maintenance and repairs on properties as needed

· Assisting various personal tasks including but not limited to:

· Taking/ getting CEO’s truck washed weekly

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19.00 to $20.00 /hour

Experience:

  • administrative/ executive assistant: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Word/ Excel: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

  • Associate (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Required)
