Director of Human Resources

Intel 471, the leader in Cybercrime Intelligence, is looking for a Director of Human Resources to lead the HR function within our globally diverse and fast-paced tech company. This is a new position and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to design the HR function and implement new policies relating to hiring, performance, employee satisfaction and development. The Director of HR will:

• Report to the CFO
• Be based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area (or alternatively, Amsterdam, Netherlands)
• Be able to travel up to 20%, including internationally
• Have extensive experience working with a globally diverse work force
• Have knowledge and experience with employment laws in the US and Europe
• Wear many hats and work very closely with Executive team to create an environment where employees can thrive and grow.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience designing and implementing HR policies including:
• Employee onboarding
• Annual performance evaluation program
• Code of conduct
• Benefits
• Have experience and a working knowledge of employment law in US and Europe (Eastern Europe also a plus)
• Work well with limited supervision
• Be proactive and capable of advising executive team in all matters relating to HR
• Have 10+ years progressive experience in HR including leading and developing policies
• Be highly flexible, self-motivated and willing to take on all duties relating to the HR function.
• Enjoy working in a small team
