Provides confidential administrative support and assistance to the Chief Academic Officer and Academic Affairs.
Manage and organize the administrative flow of the office including but not limited to correspondence/email, calendars, meetings, records, events, reports, multiple academic processes.
Must have a knowledge of higher education structure and protocols. Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office, email systems, and electronic filing.

Must be able to communicate effectively and across multiple channels (phone, email, Skype, etc.)
Must be able to multi-task
Must be organized
Must be able to us computers for multiple functions
Must be organize facts and materials
Must be capable of diffusing student/customer situations

Hours may vary based on need and events.
Must have five years experience working within a busy executive office. Must be able to maintain multiple calendars, tasks, and projects. Must have good customer service skills.

Maintains and manages schedules for the Provost/Vice President.
Manages communications and exchange of information as appropriate and taking messages for the Office of Academic Affairs.
Manages and creates correspondence, forms, monthly reports, etc.
Coordinates all Academic Affairs events.
Coordinates travel for the Provost/Vice President and others in academic affairs as needed.
Maintains files and records as needed for Academic Affairs.
Greets students and visitors and handles appropriately, occasionally covering President’s Office reception area.
Create and manage all budget requests, orders, and payments.
Other duties as assigned.
