We’re growing fast and right now we’re seeking a game changing Team Leader/General Manager to join our team. What makes a game changing Team Leader? The person we are seeking is passionate about helping develop team members to bring the vision of enhancing the quality of people’s lives in their home to a reality. They truly believe that the remodeling industry can be better than it is now. We’re looking for someone who gets it. Someone who understands that it’s much more than providing just a remodeling project – it’s really about delivering a totally different experience. One that customers remember and talk about fondly for a very long time.

Qualifications for this key position include:

  • Exceptional leadership and team development skills.
  • Solid organizational, communication, and management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, communicate strategy to teammates, and execute tactically to achieve team goals and budget.
  • P&L management.
  • A demonstrated passion for providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • Thrives in a team environment and continuous learning atmosphere.
  • A track record of high performance and achievement.
  • A minimum of 10 years of sales experience. Direct experience within construction, remodeling, or home improvement services is highly desired.
  • Ability to interrelate with clientele on design projects through project management with follow-up as a key factor.
  • Goal and detail oriented, self-disciplined, creative, and confident, enjoys direct client interaction, and is motivated by the opportunity to excel and solve problems.
  • Experience with contract negotiations .
