In this role, you’ll contribute to The Standard’s success through excellent service, within The Standard’s Retirement Plans division.
You’ll lead and develop high performing teams in Retirement Plan’s account management, new business and participant contact center functions to deliver best in class customer solutions. You’ll collaborate with your RP peers on leadership development strategies. Most importantly, you’ll act as a leader coach to develop talent throughout the service teams, ensuring leaders are positioned for success, and future leaders are developed and ready for new opportunities.
You’ll also oversee and manage RP’s service model, and performance against RP’s service goals. Driving optimization through LEAN methodologies, engaging leaders and front-line employees, you’ll identify, plan and implement service improvements to improve cycle time, capacity and costs. Through this work, you’ll drive a continuous improvement mindset throughout client facing teams.
In this role, you’ll develop and maintain strong relationships with peers, internal teams and partners, as well as RP sales, relationship management and other key stakeholders. Through these relationships, you’ll collaborate to identify enhancements and improvements in RP’s service model.
Professional certification required: You will be required to transfer or obtain a Series 6 /7 and Series 24/26 within 90 days of your date of hire. These licenses are required as part of your position. If you do not already hold these licenses, it is our expectation that this process be initiated immediately after your date of hire. If you take the securities licensing examination but fail, you will be given one additional 90 day study period. Failure to pass the examination will result in termination from the position. The Standard will provide study materials and five paid study days within thirty days of your date of hire and pay fees associated with the licensing process.
