If you are a Certified Scrum Master with experience managing multiple scrum teams and implementing new policies and procedures, please read on.

What You Will Be Doing

” Lead project management efforts on a highly visible enterprise initiative to roll outs
” Collaborate with business stakeholders, partner with product owners and engineers to drive strategic initiatives though on-time delivery
” Coordinates and manages dependencies across multiple scrum team deliverables to track the completion of large program initiatives and drives SCRUM of SCRUMS
” Partners with Product Owner and manage story pre-grooming, story grooming, backlog prioritization release planning
” Champion measurement driven project management style by defining and actively monitoring KPI at both Project and Program level
” Effectively manage team planning, retrospective, demo and steering committee meetings
” Identify, remove and prevent impediments, technical/non-technical roadblocks, and distractions to maintain and improve team capacity
” Actively drive sprint burndown, release burnup, and provide transparency to RTM impacts and change in priority in direction to stakeholders
” Capture and report program status to executive management
” Coaches team to use SCRUM effectively and ensures team motivation is high at all times
” Facilitate discussion and effectively engage in conflict resolution
” Manage third-party Integrations by facilitating timely discussions and sharing meeting minutes to keep everyone updated of current status
” Shield team from distractions that will impact velocity of current Sprint
