  • Experience developing and implementing goals and strategies based on broader organization goals
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 25% of work time.

Our Training team develops and delivers training solutions for thousands of associates who support the millions of Amazon Selling Partners. We enable selling partners large and small to delight customers in unexpected ways, helping them build their businesses, and compete across the globe. We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with a background in Learning and Performance. This role will focus on ensuring that the employees that we hire will be successful both in training and on the job.

We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our team as a Learning and Performance Program Manager. The Learning and Performance Program Manager will use a data driven approach, identify the biggest problems and opportunities facing our Learning and Performance organization, define and implement the solution, and then report out to multiple groups of stakeholders on the impact of our solutions.

Building strong working relationships across key stakeholder groups is crucial in this role. You will partner with multiple groups of stakeholders to adequately and efficiently meet the needs of the business, employees, and most importantly of all, our Selling Partners. We believe that standardization of process reduces waste and leads to more effective development and deployment of training at scale. We’re looking for a Program Manager who feels the same way.

  • Master’s Degree in related field
  • Ability to apply learning principles, agile methods, learning technology and program management skills together in the design, development and maintenance of learning programs
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles
  • Systems thinking; able to recognize patterns and trends in data, content and customer needs which will drive program design and delivery
  • Influencing and relationship building; builds a network of experts and resources to support programs
  • Can successfully deal with a fast-paced environment with competing priorities across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
