We are looking for energetic and outgoing fitness minded people to help us market personal training services to our members. You will be interacting and helping our members by giving them mini work outs to show them the difference between working out on their own (usually doing the same thing over and over) vs working with a trainer and doing something new, exciting and challenging! You will also help people set goals based on their fitness levels, as well as educate people on THR, nutrition, and biomechanics. Everything we do is show our members that our PT team is here to help them get to their goals safer, faster and have more fun doing it! If you are out going, energetic and have great workouts you want to share, then we will train you to do the rest! Starting employees meeting our minimums will make 30k/year+ and have opportunities to move into management where our managers earn 100k/year+.

RESPONSIBILITES
(You will thrive in this role if you are able to) Develop a robust and diverse fitness program by meeting and exceeding revenue targets. Recognize that success is a team effort. Have impeccable time management and organizational skills. Create strong cross functional relationships across club teams to drive fitness at point of sale. Implement strategies for client retention. Develop empowered and knowledgeable teams through effective staffing strategies, performance coaching and career development. Handle member, client and employee issues in a positive and constructive way. Embrace stretch assignments development opportunities for self and others. Model integrity, collaboration and a can-do attitude.
ARE YOU THE NEXT FITNESS MANAGER?
Our Pro-Results Personal Trainers Directors/ Fitness Managers are true professionals, each possessing a certified Personal Training Certificate from a qualified, reputable organization. Their sole responsibility is to Manage, sell and help design customized workout programs and make sure our trainers train our members based on their needs. There is an opportunity for advancement to Master Trainer, District Manager, District Vice President, Regional Vice President, and Executive Vice President. All employee’s are given a complimentary club membership. I am Looking for confident individuals with great work ethic, great attitude, self motivated, team oriented and goal driven. Must have one of the four accreditations listed below.
