Kinetix Trading Solutions, a Fintech company headquartered in Princeton NJ, is seeking an experienced Office Manager for our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years experience within a corporate setting with the ability to take on varied tasks and responsibilities.
Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinate complex calendars in Outlook
- Screen, respond to, and follow up on email correspondence and telephone calls in a timely manner
- Book travel, meetings, and dinners
- Oversee the direct day-to-day operations of the office
- Help with additional projects and events on an ad-hoc basis
Essential Qualifications:
- Associates degree or pursuing a degree
- At least 4 years of work experience, must have prior experience in similar role at a financial services, accounting, or legal firm
- Comfortable working with tight deadlines with attention to detail.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication (verbal and writing) skills with a willingness to learn new skills.
- Must be highly professional and trustworthy
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent problem solving and research skills
- Technological prowess in the Outlook and the MS Office suite
