Kinetix Trading Solutions, a Fintech company headquartered in Princeton NJ, is seeking an experienced Office Manager for our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years experience within a corporate setting with the ability to take on varied tasks and responsibilities.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinate complex calendars in Outlook
  • Screen, respond to, and follow up on email correspondence and telephone calls in a timely manner
  • Book travel, meetings, and dinners
  • Oversee the direct day-to-day operations of the office
  • Help with additional projects and events on an ad-hoc basis

Essential Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or pursuing a degree
  • At least 4 years of work experience, must have prior experience in similar role at a financial services, accounting, or legal firm
  • Comfortable working with tight deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication (verbal and writing) skills with a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Must be highly professional and trustworthy
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent problem solving and research skills
  • Technological prowess in the Outlook and the MS Office suite
