    The Executive Assistant provides executive-level administrative and planning support in managing and coordinating the responsibilities of the CEO. The Executive Assistant will serve as the primary contact for all interactions involving the CEO; anticipate and identify critical issues, research solutions, and make recommendations for course of action. Manages the CEO’s complex appointment calendar and coordinate and manage all aspects of travel and logistics for the CEO. Manages and maintain an organized filing, records, and documentation system; review and draft correspondence for the CEO. Serves as a resource for gathering, analyzing, and distributing information, and coordinating special projects. The Executive Assistant will take minutes at monthly meetings held at Harmony Health. Takes initiative on a diverse range of projects and tasks, use discretion with confidential information, timely follow up and organization skills, and an overall exceptional and comprehensive administrative skill set. It is key that the Executive Assistant can be flexible and proactive to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional, poised and diplomatic demeanor when working with any community stakeholders as well as administration, staff and patients throughout and outside of Harmony Health.
