Director of Sales Commercial Interiors

Rightsize Facility is a nationwide provider of Office Interiors and Facility Services. We Plan, Furnish and Service projects for corporate clients in transition through an accelerated delivery model.

We are currently seeking an experienced Office Furniture and Workplace Interiors Director of Sales to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the existing sales team of 10, maintaining company data and pipeline and recruiting additional sales team to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Develop existing sales reps to “be all they can be” by helping them reach sales goals and objectives

• Develop, implement and maintain sales training materials and guides

• Develop, implement and maintain sales strategies to identify and win new business

• Regularly meet with sales teams to review pipeline and opportunities.

• Work closely with marketing and business development teams to help define additional lead generation targets and approaches

• Work closely with the Director of Operations to ensure teams are seamlessly working together

• Participate in industry-specific, lead exchange and economic business groups to identify prospective partners and projects

• Maintain the Core Values and Purpose of the business

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• 5+ years of proven furniture or office interior sales experience

• Experience managing tasks and sales teams in the commercial industry with critical dates and client relations.

• Requires strategic thinking with ability to conduct market analysis and shift strategies as required

• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (NetSuite preferred), Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

• Must be extremely organized, with good time management skills and the ability to work independently

• Exemplary verbal and written communication skills

• Exceptional customer service skills with ability to provide solutions to client needs

• Track record and book for business in office furniture, commercial interiors or related industry

• Experience in office furniture or closely-related business development, sales, service or operations
