    We are seeking a talented Director of Digital Acquisition to lead all of our paid digital efforts on Facebook, Google & Amazon.

    In this role, you will be focused on scaling our customer base through the development and execution of SEM across the entire suite of Google’s tools (search, youtube, shopping & GDN), paid social on Facebook and our digital spend on Amazon.

    The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with a passion for data-driven decision-making and experience in paid media, data analysis and optimization, as well as excellent project management skills.

    This position presents a great opportunity to further scale three important marketing channels into a best-in-class product at a rapidly growing company. Budget management is currently in the 500k annual spend and we have plans to 3x that in 2020.

    Our company is 10 years old and manufactures a best in class consumer electronics product in a very exciting and new field. We are making a major investment in content, more specifically video, so you will have access to plenty of exciting and potential viral content, videos, and info tools as we update our website and landing pages.

    Highlights:

    • Oversee SEM, SEO & Paid Social strategy for US, Canada, Japan and a dozen European markets managing the channels to drive efficient e-commerce, retail and wholesale customer acquisition
    • Hold accountability over $1-2M advertising spend that play an integral role in a best-in-class acquisition program
    • Forecast budgets based on seasonal/promotional trends and manage pacing in tandem with performance, reconciling any discrepancies as needed.
    • Develop an integrated cross-channel SEO & SEM strategy that considers both efficiency and scale
    • Work directly with the VP of Strategy to effectively hit CAC benchmarks in all targeted verticals
    • Collaborate with other marketing managers on the Acquisition team to optimize the holistic impact of media investments
    • Develop and execute media plans for targeted brand initiatives, such as product launches, events, partnerships, and promotions
    • Rollup Analytics on sophisticated measurement and investment approaches
    • Monitor Industry trends and shifts in the competitive landscape, and proactively work to keep the team on the bleeding edge of digital marketing sophistication

    Our Dream Candidate:

    • Minimum 5 years of direct experience managing a million dollar + performance-based Paid Social & SEM programs with a proven track record of driving ROI
    • Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads 360, Bing Ads, and Amazon with a deep understanding of best practices as it relates to campaign set-up, structure, creative, bidding, bid modifiers, ad copy, extensions, shopping feed management, and landing page testing
    • Knowledge of Google Search Console, Conductor, or other similar SEO tools to monitor performance and identify technical SEO issues
    • Familiarity with different attribution methodologies and different measurement approaches (e.g. LTV, ROAS) as well as online-to-offline measurement, and a strong POV on the optimal ways to measure SEM & Paid Social
    • Outstanding analytical, organizational, collaboration, and communication skills with an attention to detail and ability to multitask
    • Up-to-date with the latest SEM, SEO & Paid Social trends, best practices, competitive tools, and search marketing products.
    • Start-up and eCommerce experience a plus
    • Linkedin, Twitter, Snapchat experience a plus
