  • IBC Building Codes
  • Building and M/E/P Third Party Inspections
  • Being a Combination Inspector
  • Reviewing Plans
  • Fire protection and green buildings
  • Industrial and commercial projects
  • New construction and build outs

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor of Architecture or BS in Engineering, Building Science, or related degree preferred
  • 3 – 7 years of related experience
  • ICC B2 certification required
  • Master Code Professional (MCP), Professional Engineer (PE), or Registered Architect (RA) license would go a long way
