Our Branch Managers are responsible for client growth and retention, team development and managing the overall profitability and operations of the branch.
Expectations:
Client Growth & Retention
- High Customer Satisfaction – as measured by our yearly client survey and best in staffing expectations
- 5+ Hours out in the field each week building client relationships and supporting the business development team
Team Development
Leading to promote team scalability (both sales and operations)
- Building internal team bench
- Develop, coach and retain strong internal employees to promote growth and retention
- Provide each Internal team member with 40 relevant training hours per year – to build a successful team culture and drive each employees’ developmental needs
Branch Profitability & Operations
- Exceed annual budget and branch earnings
- Maintain operational excellence standards as it relates to compliance and audits
- Contain and manage operational expenses
