Full Job Description

Tri County Metals is looking for a full time Branch Manager for our Ocala location. We are looking for a charismatic, motivated, and competitive Branch Manager, that thrives in the sales cycle environment, while being customer service oriented. Must be capable to teach CSR’s to excel in the sales process. Manages many different aspects of service.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but willing to substitute experience for education
  • 2 years management experience

Skills:

  • Detail oriented
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to motivate staff
