As the Assistant Project Manager, youâll help our clients understand the power of asset allocation. We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic person who will work with our Project Manager to manage and maintain property listings: including daily upkeep, market research, and communication with clients.
What you’ll do:
- Effectively organize, assemble and arrange resources to meet goals
- Supervise all day-to-day operations for a campaign and work with any contracted personnel
- Propose plans of action which are timely, and realistic and positive
- Give close attention to monitoring budget variances and plans appropriate adjustment
- Excel in converting complex information into a simple, readable form
- Manage client relations
- Plan and execute presentations on behalf of our clients with confidence
- Promote organizational policies, the quality of its products, and its reputation
- Support the Project Manager by consistently examining administrative effectiveness and seek better procedures
- Prepare appropriate recommendations and reports as and when required
- Experience in business, management, or communications
- Excel in planning, setting objectives and determining courses of action
- Comfortable communicating with individuals and small groups
- Attains results regardless of task levels
- Exceptionally reliable and trustworthy when given an assignment
