We are currently looking for a highly motivated fitness enthusiast with a passion for helping others improve their health and well-being. Our Personal Training Sales team uses their fitness knowledge and experience to sell our Pro|Results personal training services, as well as to help guide members to the right trainer and the right training program for them.
Position brings with it large room for growth. Candidate will be on a 60-90 day fast track to becoming a manager.
Job Responsibilities:
-Educate, motivate, and inspire clients in a positive manner
-Develop unique and individualized programs that ensure client safety, satisfaction and enhancement of personal fitness goals
-Sell personal training packages according to the sales process
-Fitness and Health assessments
-Be proficient at teaching fundamental movements and exercises during client consultations
-Trainer management
Qualifications:
-Nationally recognized Personal Training Certification required (if not certified but show potential, you will be assisted/guided in the direction of how to become certified)
-First Aid/CPR/AED Certified
Preferred (Not required):
-1 year Personal Training experience
-Bachelorâs in Kinesiology or Exercise Science related field

Salary: $30,000.00 to $70,000.00 /year
